The Disposal

The Disposal - Disposal services will include removal of trash, broom cleaning of home, and preparation for listing and/or future occupancy.  If requested, STSTL can also assist with coordination of outside professional services including cleaning services, painters, etc.  Estimate includes the labor for STSTL personnel to perform the above services. Also included in the estimate are the purchases and coordination of all outside materials (dumpster if required, boxes, paper, tape, etc.) plus a handling fee.  All third-party hauler bookings, scheduling, coordination, and remuneration IS NOT included in the estimate and will be invoiced to the client directly by a third party.
