The Sale - STSTL will coordinate the liquidation of any items of value located in the home. Based on quality & quantity of remaining items, STSTL will recommend a third-party estate sale company or consignment shop at no charge. Estimate includes the labor for STSTL personnel to perform the above services. Local shipment costs are included in ‘The Move’ estimate; non-local shipments to be coordinate and remunerated directly by client and ARE NOT included in this estimate.
